This victory shows what can be achieved when working people stand together in solidarity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u015bThe threat of industrial action has now been withdrawn and our members are working normally,\u00e2\u20ac\u0165 he added.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The three month dispute had centred on a very low imposed pay offer and cutbacks to bank holiday pay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main distribution centres include Ashford, Aylesford, Bromley-by-Bow, Greenwich, Norwich, Ipswich, Portsmouth, West Thurrock and Weybridge in England.
