{"id":16338,"date":"2018-09-25T16:00:16","date_gmt":"2018-09-25T15:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/unitelive.org\/?p=16338"},"modified":"2020-11-12T12:58:12","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T12:58:12","slug":"youth-community-workers-pay-deal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unitelive.test.igniteamt.com\/?p=16338","title":{"rendered":"Youth worker pay deal win"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Youth and community workers, members of Unite, along with staff side unions have voted to accept a two year pay deal starting from September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unite members voted overwhelmingly in favour of the two year\u00c2\u00a0 Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC), pink book pay deal with a 90 per cent majority.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The deal gives workers a pay boost of two per cent in 2018, with a further two per cent in 2019.
