X-factor judge and former girls aloud singer, Cheryl Fernadez-Versini has joined the Unite backed campaign No Vote No Voice (NVNV) to urge young people to use their vote.<\/p>\n

Cheryl has come out in support of the campaign after ending speculation that she was considering turning her back on her Labour roots over the mansion tax.<\/p>\n

The singer clarified that she would \u00e2\u20ac\u0098never vote anything but Labour\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 and is keen for her fans to make themselves heard politically.<\/p>\n

Recent changes to voter registration have seen electoral roll numbers tumble particularly among young people. The NVNV coalition toured the town centres, university and college campuses, housing estates and workplaces where voter drop-off rates are ringing alarm bells.<\/p>\n

A source close to the singer told the Sunday People, \u00e2\u20ac\u015bIf there is one thing that Cheryl can do in the run-up to the election, it is to get young people to come out and vote. It is so important to her.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n

With less than 50 days to go until the general election and the cut off to register to vote just 28 days away its vital the campaign is kept rolling.<\/p>\n
