E-Cycle centres were set up by the Labour Wales government after the Tories had closed down Remploy sites throughout the UK.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Worker Gary Clutterbuck (pictured) told Len, &#8220;I&#8217;ve worked for Remploy since 1980, when I was hit by an articulated lorry on my way to work. After the Remploy factories were shut, I was disgusted. I was made redundant but then when the Welsh government started the E-Cycle centre, I was given the opportunity to work again.
