The former EastEnders star, who played hardman Grant Mitchell in the BBC soap, turned out to promote Labour\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Will Scobie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kemp also stars in Labour\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s final broadcast where he says, \u00e2\u20ac\u015bIt only takes around 60 seconds to cast your vote in the polling station. 60 seconds to protect the economy, 60 seconds to protect your jobs, 60 seconds to protect the services your family relies on. A lot is at stake during those 60 seconds. Be careful. If you get into bed with Nick Clegg you might just wake up with David Cameron.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ed\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s celebrity support does not end there. Lord Sugar, is a Labour peer in the House of Lords, Broadchurch and Doctor Who star David Tennant has also recorded party political broadcasts for the Labour Party.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Five times snooker champion Ronnie O\u00e2\u20ac\u2122Sullivan has appeared in a video alongside Ed playing pool. Robert Webb, star of Channel 4\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Peep Show rejoined the party in 2013 to campaign to save Sure Start centres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Physicist and subject of Oscar-winning film The Theory of Everything, Stephen Hawking, said about the NHS, \u00e2\u20ac\u015bWe must retain this critical public service, and prevent the establishment of a two-tier system, with the best medicine for the wealthy, and an inferior service for the rest.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Speaks for what I believe in<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>JK Rowling, Harry Potter author and the film\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s star Daniel Radcliffe are also supporters with Radcliffe switching allegiance from Lib Dems to Labour in 2010. He said about Ed Miliband, \u00e2\u20ac\u015bI really like him and he speaks for what I believe in. I think he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s genuine.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Former Corrie barmaid Sally Lindsey said, \u00e2\u20ac\u015bIt makes me sick that people are having to use foodbanks because they can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t afford to eat.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165 She also supported Labour\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s pledge to end zero hours contracts. \u00e2\u20ac\u015bThat\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m voting Labour. That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why I support Ed,\u00e2\u20ac\u0165 she added.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Other high profile Labour supporters include Countdown host Nick Hewer, QI team captain Alan Davies, comedian and Room 101 host Frank Skinner, celebrity chef Delia Smith and Blackadder star Tony Robinson \u00e2\u20ac\u201c who was once a member of Labour\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s national executive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>QI host Stephen Fry was raised a Tory but says Margaret Thatcher pushed him over to Labour. He famously said there was no point in voting but has now made a dramatic U turn and come out and endorsed Ed and Labour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Tories should be worried<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Tories are worried, calling Brand a joke. And so they should be.
