It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s simple:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Have a meal at Pizza Express<\/li>\n<li>Pay the tip in cash<\/li>\n<li>Explain to fellow diners that Pizza Express takes 8 per cent\u00c2\u00a0from card tips and ask them to tip in cash.
