{"id":7297,"date":"2016-01-13T15:12:33","date_gmt":"2016-01-13T15:12:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/unitelive.org\/?p=7297"},"modified":"2016-01-13T15:12:33","modified_gmt":"2016-01-13T15:12:33","slug":"north-sea-crisis-not-over","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unitelive.test.igniteamt.com\/?p=7297","title":{"rendered":"North Sea crisis not over"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>Oil giant BP yesterday (January 12) announced its intention to axe one in five North Sea jobs as part of a global workforce reduction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BP, one of the worlds\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 \u00e2\u20ac\u0098super-major\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 oil and gas companies generating over $4bn of profits last year is cutting 600 UK jobs because of the ongoing oil crisis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u015bThis announcement shows the crisis which has gripped our oil and gas sector for over a year now is far from over.
