Take too long in the toilet, be off sick, chat too much \u00e2\u20ac\u201c and you might get sacked. And all for pay below the minimum wage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u015bThis is the best campaign to emerge from the union in a long time. It has brought Community, young, retired, industrial members together.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u015bBut the fight still goes on \u00e2\u20ac\u201c if Leicester City can win anything is possible. We can change practices at Sports Direct.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrew Clayworth, <\/strong>East Midlands agreed. \u00e2\u20ac\u015bThis is what can be achieved with organisation from a union like Unite.\u00e2\u20ac\u0165<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>London and Eastern delegate <strong>Maxine Loza<\/strong>, spoke from personal experience. \u00e2\u20ac\u015bMy daughter\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s first job was with Sports Direct. She was locked in a room for two hours to get her to admit to fraud which she didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t commit. They threatened to blacklist her and call the police.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u015bWhat they didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know was her mother was a Unite rep \u00e2\u20ac\u201c we won her case. Now she\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a manager at a bookmakers.
