{"id":9556,"date":"2016-08-18T12:37:34","date_gmt":"2016-08-18T11:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/unitelive.org\/?p=9556"},"modified":"2016-08-18T14:47:45","modified_gmt":"2016-08-18T13:47:45","slug":"pizza-factory-jobs-threat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unitelive.test.igniteamt.com\/?p=9556","title":{"rendered":"Pizza Factory jobs threat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>The threat to 350 jobs at The Pizza Factory in Nottingham was branded \u00e2\u20ac\u0098a hammer blow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 for the workers and the local economy by Unite last night (August 17).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unite is due to hold talks with the long-established East Midlands company, owned by food giant 2 Sisters, on Friday (August 19).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The union understands that the threat to between 300-350 production staff jobs has been caused by the loss of a vital Tesco contract to supply ready-made chilled pizzas.
