Unite general secretary Len McCluskey today (February 18) spoke out against the group of Labour MPs who have now split from the party. Speaking to the BBC this afternoon, he said that there was a “strong whiff of hypocrisy” from the seven Labour MPs who quit the party to form an independent group:
