Unite AGS Howard Beckett: ‘It’s the end of fire and rehire at British Airways’

Unite announced today (January 27) that British Airways cargo strikes had been called off after a deal had been struck, pending members’ vote.
Unite assistant general secretary Howard Beckett explained why the solidarity of the BA cargo members, who took nine solid days of strike action over Christmas and New Year, helped secure this ‘incredible achievement’.
