Fight for 5
On the day (April 15) that fast food workers in America are protesting against poverty pay and appalling working terms, Unite members stood in solidarity at over 20 demonstrations throughout the UK.
Unite’s Fight for 5 Â is a campaign calling for a living wage, safe and secure work, guaranteed hours each week, training and career development – and access to union representation.
Unite is happy to stand shoulder to shoulder with US colleagues, believing we can win decent work for all and a future based on hope and opportunity – not fear and insecurity.
