Stop the tips outrage

As the media caught up with Pizza Express’ outrageous policy of charging it’s waiting staff an 8 per cent service charge on tips (August 10), Unite members demonstrated outside a Pizza Express restaurant.

Unite regional officer Dave Turnbull gave warning, to Pizza Express and other chains who use these unfair practises, that these demonstrations will continue until waiting staff get 100 per cent of their tips and a decent living wage.
