‘Match the ambition of our young’

Unite’s ‘Rally for a future’ in Ballymena drew thousands on Saturday (February 6), as the community joined together to demand decent jobs and investment.

World-renowned actor and Ballymena native Liam Neeson lent his support for the rally.

“We are calling on our political leaders and those with authority to match the ambition of our young people and deliver the investment that is needed,” Neeson said in a recorded interview. “We must work together to bring manufacturing back to Ballymena.”
