Support for Jeremy

Unite last night (August 10) confirmed its support for Jeremy Corbyn as Labour Party leader.

In a statement the union said, “Unite’s policy conference, made up of approximately 1,000 rank-and-file representatives and held three weeks ago, decided by an overwhelming majority to support Jeremy Corbyn as Leader of the Labour Party. Unite has accordingly submitted a nomination for Jeremy to the Labour Party and will support his campaign for re-election
